Weather Defender® Threshold Seals are manufactured using the toughest material to withstand extreme weather conditions and driving over by all types of domestic, commercial or industrial vehicles equipped with rubber tyres.
When installed in accordance with the installation instructions and used in permitted scenarios, we guarantee our seals will not perish, deflate or fall apart. Weather Defender® seal is protected against material defects.
Damage caused by misuse, alterations or improper care voids the Lifetime Warranty.
We do not cover the adhesive or adhesion to the floor, installation and general wear and tear.
To activate your Lifetime Warranty, the product must be registered within 30 days of purchase – please complete and submit the registration form on this page.
For warranty service on covered defects during the warranty period, please complete and submit the Weather Defender® Warranty Claim form.
Prior to providing warranty service, Weather Defender® requires you to provide proof of purchase details and product photos, including, but not limited to, a receipt or sales invoice, and to ship the product back to Weather Defender®’s facility at your cost. You must retain and not throw away or destroy the product or any parts of the product until your claim has been submitted, processed, and approved.
This limited warranty gives you specific rights that are in addition to other rights you may have under applicable laws.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOWEVER, THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY WEATHER DEFENDER® . WEATHER DEFENDER® DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALIFY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT), AND WEATHER DEFENDER’S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE.
